Sea Blossom gets ready for the next season!

I consider summer to extend right up to November but for Sea Blossom Soap it's never too soon to start making soaps and cremes, lotions and scrubs for holiday gift shopping season.  So while I'm still spending weekends on the beach (heaven) it's time to get to work!

The newest Sea Blossom Soap will be the Chocolate Raspberry Vanilla Truffle Goat Milk Soap.  So far I've just made 2 bars, as a prototype to see if it's coming out the way I want it to.  It came out great, except that I need to add a little more chocolate fragrance.  Without a lot of the chocolate fragrance the chocolate layer is too pale.  The fragrance will turn it browner, just as it does in our Sea Blossom Chocolate Goat's Milk Soap. 

Chocolate Raspberry Vanilla Truffle has a deep pink squiggle on top, then a pale pink layer, white layer and brown layer in an oval bar.  I think it's really pretty, and hope everyone does too.  When I make the next batch (more bars this time) I'll take pictures and put it up for all to see.  If only I could send out the scent, it's a wow!

Sea Blossom Holiday Fairs

There's nothing I like more than meeting new customers and showing them my Sea Blossom soaps and spa products.  I put so many wonderful skin-friendly ingredients into my products, and it's a pleasure to share the details with interested consumers!  And I learn a lot from questions people ask, whether about the use of the products or the ingredients I use, or anything else.  I enjoy the most those who already appreciate natural soaps and who choose some of mine with delight. 

Last weekend I did a craft fair in Poughkeepsie, next Sat. and Sun. I'll be in Briarcliff Manor.  This show is a new one for me, in St. Theresa Catholic School. I hope the turnout will be good!

After that, I'll be in White Plains, at White Plains High School, followed by Hoboken for their last weekend on December 18-19.

My Summer's Over - Holiday Fair time is here!!

Just finished closing up the beach house.  It was freezing but thankfully sunny and dry.  Got all the dahlias and cannas out of the ground and pots and took them home for a long winter's sleep. 

While the plants sleep, I am gearing up for holiday craft fairs.  Making some new gift packs of soaps, 2-packs and trios, plus a new Soap Sampler Kit with 3 soaps plus a small lotion in Ocean and Lavender scents.

First holiday fair:  November 7 at Paramus Catholic High School in Paramus NJ.

Christmas Soap and Snowflake Soap are back for the Holiday Season!

It's that time again - our popular Christmas Cheer Soap and Snowflake Soap have returned to the seablossom.com store!

The Christmas Cheer has a jolly holiday scent, slightly but not entirely pine-tree, (which tends to smell like cleanser,) but a little sweet, upbeat, festive and just what you would like your Christmas Holidays to be.

Snowflake Soap's scent is like a rush of fresh air high up on the snowy mountain on a bright sunny day.  Refreshing in a wintery sort of way.

(They are the same size, btw, but somehow the pictures came out this way because the Christmas Cheer was shot vertically.)

I couldn't resist a sachet in the Christmas Cheer scent.  Place them around your house for a subtle holiday fragrance everywhere you wish.  Or empty them into a pretty dish, like potpourri!
